The first thing you will say is "WOW" when you enter the property. The picture is accurate. This is a great one-bedroom condo right next to the pool and 10 steps from the ocean. You are right in the middle of the best part of The Big Island. Kona is magical. We watched whales, Porpoises, buggie boarders and surfers from our porch. The place looks newly remodeled and is equipped with everything you will need. Took our son with us and he said the fold out couch was very comfortable. Parking was ample too.
There were a couple minor maintenance issues which I'm sure they will address (ice maker seemed frozen up). The pool area outdoor grills were out of service, but they had brought in temporary grills (not sure what the plan is there). Communication with the management company was good.
We would definitely rent this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay watching the surfers and cruise ships from your doorstep aka lanai, liked being handy to the pool. would suggest a small lunch cooler for beach trips and better fan with a light on the lanai with a simpler switch system (ie) a pull chain.

This was a perfect experience in Kona! Host was very communicative, check-in and out was so easy, the property was clean and well stocked with essentials. Parking included with the stay and this unit was probably the best location on the property. Direct access to the waterfront from the back door and right next to the pool. It was quiet, peaceful and immaculately maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants and if you need to drive to and from the property, it was easy as well without traffic or congestion. Don’t overlook this gem.
