Stunning ocean views, just steps from lively nightlife and the best of Island fare, this 2 bed, 1½ bath, beautifully updated condo awaits you. Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.
This two-story, townhome style condo opens into a spacious main floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all new appliances. The modern kitchen, with ocean views, overlooks an open living space with large screen TV, and ample seating for the whole family. You will also find a washer and dryer, and spacious half bath on the main floor. Air Conditioning available on the Main Floor & Master Bedroom Upstairs! No AC in the twin bedroom upstairs.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower only (no tub) with updated amenities. The master bedroom offers a large lanai with stunning ocean views, and a cozy table where you are invited to take in the beauty of the Kona coast. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, which can be converted into a King for your convenience. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is here!

Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Kona Mansions#229 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive fresh flowers & a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Mansions#229 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

very nice clean place. good location. walking distance to Ali'i drive with all the shops, food, beaches. great view of sunsets. glad it had a/c in master and front room. it would be nice to have it in second bedroom also. yes I would recommend. staff was very helpful.

A great place to stay on your vacation. Close to the beach and restaurants. Amazing view from the master bedroom balcony. Check-in/out process was seemless. Definetly would book again!

This was a nice condo with a good view of the ocean. Very comfortable and everything you need. Perfect location for walking the strip in Kona. You can walk everywhere so no need to constantly be trying to find a place to park. Excellent Luau just across the street.

Unit #229 was very clean inside, the property and
pool area were very clean also. The vacuum cleaner in the unit was broken and I called and a new one was sent the next day. I used the AC upstairs every night, I never used the guest room but not having AC in that second bedroom would have been an issue if I have guests in there. I would recommend having the pool key location available in the unit, I could not find it my first night, I called the emergency contact number and that was not any help, I found the key in a bowl on a shelf by the tv the next day.

Very nice and clean. Nice walking distance to many restaurants. Nice having the washer and dryer. Not that this could be fixed but I would have liked if the lanai was off the living room and not off the master. A bit hard to bring food, coffee or drinks up stairs just to sit on the lanai. The room with the twin beds does not have an AC and the windows are only screens with shutters on the outside. Every night I had to listen to the neighbors child whine and you can hear anyone chatting near by if their doors are open. Other than that it is a nice place.

Nice condo, easy walk to restaurants, shops and even farmers market.
Was well enough equipped, but only outside was upstairs thru bedroom and with afternoon sun to hot to sit, but could catch a sunset sort of. Stairs need night light. Overall ok

This condo worked well for us. The location was perfect for us, as we walked to restaurants and shopping as much as possible. The kitchen had all we needed, and there was plenty enough of an ocean view for us to enjoy each morning. Read the accommodations carefully for no surprises. There is no air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms, but, at least in February, if you close the drapery in the morning and open the windows at night the temperature was perfect. Worked well for the low price!

It was a wonderful space. It was well appointed and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with anything you might need. The view from the master was jive and it was easy walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a short drive to grocery shopping. They were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. I was a little worried that there was no air conditioning in the rooms but we didn’t need it at all.
