It’s a well equipped, maintained bnb with cozy bed and tasteful interior decor. But there is traffic noise since it is right by the road and you can hear people upstairs walking which is the most annoying thing.

We do want to be transparent that the unit is located along a main roadway, and as with many multi-level condominium buildings, some sound transfer from neighboring units above can occasionally be heard. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help future guests set proper expectations, and we’re grateful you chose to stay with us.
Turns out both the pool and the laundry were across the street. The bed looks good, but the platform is much wider than the mattress. Everything else was provided, lot's of storage space. I am not from Emeryville as noted.
