Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a large open, fully remodeled kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops. Fully Equipped with cookware, dish ware & all appliances you'll need.

The Open Living Room Room Walks out onto a spacious lanai which fronts the water, being Direct Oceanfront. Listen to the waves crashing from your little oasis!

Tiled throughout, this spacious floor plan is incredibly unique with special features that many units at Surf & Racquet Club do not have.
The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub, with its own walk in shower as well!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

You can't beat the view from this condo! The unit was nicely decorated and well equipped and the AC was essential to our stay. The Surf and Racquet Club is a short drive from Kona and walking distance to a decent snorkeling beach. There's also a shopping center just minutes away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be the sliding glass door did not function at all in the bedroom and only partially working in the living room.
Also there was no designated guest parking spot for this unit, so if the two visitor spots were taken, it could be a bit of a walk.
Loved the unit though!

Great view of ocean, although oceanfront there is no noise disruption got quiet sleep. AC worked great and was very comfortable indoor temperature. Great tile floors throughout all the way out to lanai. Washer and dryer the cleanest I’ve experienced in the 8 consecutive years visiting the islands. Furnishings are old, bed is lumpy. Several light bulbs were not working, most notably the pendant lamps over kitchen island. Guest toilet runs if not tended to. Window covering for bedroom don’t go all the way to the mirrored wall creating huge peekaboo, lacking privacy for bedroom area. Biggest drawback no designated parking spot, and not enough visitor parking for the 2 buildings sharing the lot, only 2 spots for 2 buildings. Additional spaces available 2 buildings away.

If we are made aware of issues in units, we are more than willing address them as needed. Some of the owners do have their personal cars parked in the assigned parking space for the unit. There generally is more than enough visitor parking on the property however. We are so glad you enjoyed the unit otherwise.

Pros: nicely appointed, amazing views!!!, lovely landscaped property, located a nice distance from Kona Town, tennis, pickleball, ping-pong and pool. Assorted swim accessories in chest on lanai.
Cons: bedroom off the Living room is not private-the sliding screens do not block out any sounds or light from the LR. No dresser in same bedroom-no place to put large luggage pieces Parking in Visitor spaces -only 2 available for the 2 bldgs in our parking lot. A little walk to other parking lots.
Overall- I’d stay again-loved sitting on lanai and looking out before and during sunsets. Amazing and usually quiet.

The Condo was very beautiful and great size. Kitchen beautiful and large. Back deck was a perfect place to watch the sunset and sunrise. Ocean view is fabulous. We had everything we needed in condo and more.

Great location and views! We arrived late and the lights were on for us-very neat and clean condo with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. Pool was very nice & warm. Grounds were well kept. We wanted to extend our stay & it was very easy thru Knutson & Assoc. Property mgmt . Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We LOVED this rental! Everything was high quality between the finishes & furnishings. The location was convenient although you had to drive to downtown, but we liked being in a quieter area. The view was to die for and the patio was huge! There was a sweet stray cat who became so close with our daughter while there.

If you are deciding to book a stay in Kona, close your eyes and book this place. We had a wonderful baby moon in this oceanfront property and would love to stay here again. We had everything we needed and more. It is very close to some nice beaches, magic sands beach being our favorite. The property was equipped with necessary beach gear and had a fully equipped kitchen. They also had some basic kitchen condiments and made it easy for us to shop and cook our own meals. Extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend to everyone, including elders and kids.

Labor Day weekend away

It was an awesome experience. It was the most invigorating time at 4102. The check was good and easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was very beautiful. Lots of amenities. Washer and dryer. Spa bath tub in the main bathroom. The view was amazing and we could watch the canoe race past. Coffee maker did not work and there could have been more toilet paper and paper towels but we just bought our own. Everything else Howe er was excellent and I would recommend staying there. 10 out of 10. Mahalo!

I spent many hours of research trying to find the perfect place for my family to stay for our first trip to Hawaii, so I'll share for you how it turned out:

First, the Surf and Racquet Club: We were very happy with this property. It's a large well landscaped property and we found it to be very quiet. If you need to stretch your legs, you can walk along the rocky shore and there's even access to a small beach to the North. We appreciated being less than 5 minutes from a shopping center and from the marina (snorkel and manta tours).
We found the communication with Knutson to be excellent. We texted them a couple of times with questions and someone got back to us within minutes. Also, we were able to extend our stay with a quick phone call and 5 minutes later had an email receipt.

This unit (4-102) specifically: Air conditioning! There are 3 mini split heat pump heads in this unit, and they are awesome for cooling down and reducing humidity inside! The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Don't expect everything to be in perfect condition... the salt air is brutal and this property is not brand new, so there is bit of rust here and there and the back door doesn't slide very well. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were very new though, so no worries there.
We were happy on the ground floor. Out on the lanai we were visited every morning by lots of little birds having breakfast in the grass and a couple of shy geckoes. Due to the angle and shape of this particular building, the lanai always had shade and was quite comfortable even in the afternoon. Beautiful sunset views of course but we also enjoyed the night view of the city.
One small disadvantage of this unit was that the owners had a car stored in the designated parking space. We had to use the visitor spaces, which sometimes meant parking a couple of buildings away.
Overall we were very happy with this choice and we would recommend it to friends!

The rental was very nice. The location was perfect for going to either Kona or Captian Cook. The place was very nice, it had good A/C and views. All amenities were excellent. The only drawback was there is no assigned parking. The property owner has a car parked in the space and being disabled it would have been nice to have parking. The visitor parking was taken most of the time so parking was somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise we have an excellent time and would go again. Enjoy the views at sunset!

This unit was perfect for two couples. It had plenty of space, beautiful views of the ocean,nicely decorated and a great place to
be to begin and end your day. We felt it was just as advertised and I would recommend this unit to others as well as stay here again if I can ever get back.

Unit location was great. Agency seems more concerned about their review than anything else instead of focusing on providing a great location and service and letting the reviews accurately represent what was encountered. Would not allow booking a late checkout when the booking was made, well in advance, even though they know all the flights leave late. Forcing you to book an extra day you don’t need or make other arrangements. Then of course the day of your checkout, when they didn’t have another booking, they ask if you want a late checkout. Ridiculous.

We came on a whim and picked this one based on its amenities and location and it lived up to our expectations and then some. The community this is in is great and the ocean front location is just top notch. We had a wonderful time and want to book this place again!

The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. Other then the wonderful ocean sounds, the area was very quite. The grounds are very well kept, the Christmas lights were so nice to see. Great job putting them all up.

Great location with fantastic oceanfront view and gorgeous sunsets. Pool was very nice. We enjoyed the two nearby beaches, one for swimming and one for snorkeling. Plenty of snorkeling and beach equipment on site. Papa Kona was a favorite stop for happy hour and beautiful view of sunset. We enjoyed our tour of a coffee plantation, the luau was fun and ocean dinner cruise very nice, Had a few minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. Property was clean and comfortable, description was accurate, but could use a little TLC.

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location

We had a fabulous stay! The condo is lovely and the location is fantastic! We all had a great time exploring the grounds, using the pool, and playing ping pong. While in Hawaii we went zip-lining, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and hiking. We also cooked some great BBQ meals on the convenient BBQ grill, had some fun dinners out, and enjoyed the wildlife in the area. We've been planning this vacation since 2020, and are so thankful that we were finally able to go. Blake and the other rental agency personnel were great to work with and they helped us with some of the simple concerns we had while we were there. We hope to stay again sometime. Mahalo
