Rental Terms:
• One reservation permitted per 31-night period in accordance with Hawaiʻi County regulations
• Base rate of $1000 per night, plus applicable taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit during non premium times.

This house is truly a gem. Its location is perfect—a short drive from the buzz of downtown and prime snorkeling spots, and only a brief stroll from one of Kona’s best swimming beaches. Even though it’s so central, the property is tucked away in a peaceful, private corner that feels worlds away from the crowds. Quality is one thing that sets this home apart. Unlike many rentals, filled with plastic dinnerware and mismatched furniture, this space is thoughtfully curated and furnished. It is obvious that this is not only a rental property, but someone's haven. It strikes that rare, perfect balance between high-end luxury and welcoming comfort. The adorable attached studio is a great bonus, offering extra flexibility and privacy for groups. Our daily routine was pure bliss: sipping morning coffee while overlooking the ocean and ending the day with pool-side Mai Tais at sunset. It was, quite simply, heaven. To top it off, the hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. They were quick to respond to all my messages, providing thoughtful local recommendations that made our trip even more special.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. So many Air B&Bs are furnished with hand me down furniture and plastic dinner ware. This house is impeccably decorated and truly luxurious. High end linens, top of the line mattresses, hand made plates and bowls (one of the owners is a potter!). There is also a delightful studio attached to the main house which makes this a perfect rental for families or anyone wanting a little privacy. The view is unbeatable-morning coffee overlooking the waves and happy hour drinks, watching the sunset from the pool. The location is central with a popular swimming beach a one minute walk away. The hosts are attentive and kind. We are already planning on 2026 return. I can’t recommend this rental highly enough!

I can't express how wonderful this property is. The home is warm, well lit, and spacious, and I love the design that allows fluidity between inside and outside. Having an ohana is a major perk as well, because sometimes having a separate space for work, visitors, and personal time can make all the difference. Being right along the shore is also incredible, it was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. Walking distance to Magics certainly doesn't hurt either. I hope to visit this home again in the future.
