If you plan on hanging out at this house with more than five people,don't rent. House is smaller than it looks. Driveway is very steep making it hard to back our expedition down and lined with boulders that were too close to the sides of the driveway. Neighbor were loud at 6:45 a.m. short-term rental agreement certificate was expired and there was a melted piece of siding near the edge of the house which I have pictures of both things. The positive:There is a great view from the upper deck and air conditioning in every room that kept it nice and cool.

This was our first visit to the Big Islans, and our stay was one of the highlights. We were conveniently located within 5-10 minutes of most things in the Kona area, and an easy drive to any other activities during our stay. The house was well-equipped and very clean upon our arrival. Property management was easily accessible and so friendly with any and all questions that arose. We would absolutely stay here again!
