This is a really great unit and the complex is suburb. You will have a very nice stay in this unit. It really has everything you might want from beach stuff to kitchen stuff. Lots of property amenities as well, grills at the beach, nice pool and hot tub as well. Property and Complex very well maintained. We slept really well and enjoyed both Lanais, very relaxing. A few things you should know. You will have to move your luggage down a sloped sidewalk and up a flight of stairs. Not bad, but don't be surprised. Unless you have a passenger in your car you will have to get out and walk around to put in gate entry code to open gate. They have a fitness room, but if your serious plan on going to a nearby gym. Knutson is very good also, but I did get some bad information initially and it was a little harder to get in touch with someone. However it was all resolved and service was all first class. Next time we come to Kona, Knutson & Kona Makai will be our only option!
