Overall a good stay. We have stayed at several oceanfront properties over the years, all oceanfront. As far as location and views it was stellar. Loved going to sleep listening the waves. About 2 miles to downtown Kona. The condo was clean and well appointed with all the needed supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. The primary bedroom with king bed was comfortable but the queen bed was extremely firm and there was a lot of road noise which made sleeping difficult for my kids. The pull out sofa was better. The other negatives - there was limited hot water so there wasn’t enough for the four of us to shower after a day at the beach. The pool was also very cold. The lack of AC wasn’t an issue for us as there are ample fans and a nice cross breeze from the lanai through to the screen door at the entrance.
