This newly furnished 1-bedroom, 2-full bathrooms (yes, 2 full bathrooms!) corner unit on the 4th floor offers a blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and its own private bathroom, providing a serene retreat after a day of adventure. An additional guest full bathroom along with two double sleeper sofas in the living space adds extra convenience for visitors, easily accommodating a family of four or 4 adults.

The unit is equipped with split AC units in the bedroom and the living room!

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and fully prepared to meet all your culinary needs. The sink and bar are positioned for you to take in the beautiful views of the Kona skies.

For cycling enthusiasts and triathletes, included is a convenient bike rack for two bikes and gear. The owners have made available some basic bike tools and a bike repair stand to help keep you rolling on your bike getaway. Some of the items included are a full-size bike pump, metric hex keys, tire levers, wrenches, and more!

We really enjoyed the warm feeling and creative decor as well as the convenient location. Having our own parking space made all the difference. The apartment was clean and had all the conveniences of home, plus some. All the appliances were modern and in good condition. We also loved being able to just walk out the door and be in the middle of town, minutes from the farmer’s market and coffee, plus not too far from Longs and groceries. Plus when we did not want to walk across the street to the ocean, we had a pool downstairs.

Overall, I guess the stay was fair. The unit was large enough for the things we needed. It was clean with enough towels and things, but not super well-equipped. Its well located for the tourist area of Kailua but not close enough to the places you need like a grocery store or gym etc. Our greates challange was the noise, with constant street racing, a lood soccer pitch directly behind the unit, lound street music etc. For the price, the unit is fair. The property manager was great and very attentive, with no complaints at all. It was just hard to feel safe, at rest or comfortable there.

As with many centrally located properties in Kailua-Kona, being close to town conveniences and attractions can sometimes come with more ambient noise and activity than quieter resort-style areas. Such a great stay! Location was a big plus, since it is conveniently close to downtown and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everything was clean and the condo felt very home-y. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at this Kona condo rental. The property was clean, well-equipped, and offered views of the pool. It was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, bars, farmer’s market, and ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay excellent- beach towels and bags for exploring, beach chairs, boogie boards, soft and hard sided coolers. The dedicated parking spot was wonderful and much of Kona walkable from the condo. We loved listening to the waves from the Lanai and living room. The condo and facilities are well maintained, pool clean and neighbors quiet. It was an exceptional trip.
