Building 1 is incredibly special because of its location within the development. The topography for this oceanfront building is unique due to its position on the land. The Direct Ocean View ground floors units in this building are more prominent vs the buildings to the South.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

We had a fantastic stay at Unit 1-203! The condo is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The direct oceanfront view from the lanai was absolutely breathtaking — we loved listening to the sound of the waves day and night.
The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus for our family. The master bedroom opens directly to the lanai, and the breeze kept the whole unit cool and comfortable without needing A/C.
It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young kids. The pool, BBQ area, and tennis courts were all just a short walk away. We highly recommend this unit for families looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in Kona!

We have a wonderful experience here for a family of four, Two adults and two teenagers. The view is amazing, place is clean and relaxing. It can get warm but multiple fans are provided and it’s not too bad.

There is no place like Kona and this condo makes it even better. Perfect location (far enough away from downtown Kona but still close enough!) And the view is the best! This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and we will be back next winter.

Unit 1-203 at Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet was amazing, the pictures and description in the listing captured it perfectly. The location is perfect and the view was everything we had hoped for. The Condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We were nervous about not having AC but managed fine with the fans and keeping the ocean breeze going through, afternoons were the hottest when the breeze died down but by the evening it was manageable. The KKS&R club location was top notch the grounds and pool were perfect. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
