Knutson & Associates is proud to be offering an incredible direct oceanfront unit in Building 1 at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! A spectacular second story condominium that is oceanfront living at its finest. Enjoy Relaxation time on your incredible large lanai just a few feet from the water's edge while awaiting Kona's Award Winning Sunsets.
The Living Area is spacious, approximately 1170 interior square feet with the lanai almost another 250 square feet!
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has everything one could need, with all major appliances: Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Cookware, Dishware, All ready for Meals!
The Living Area is open & features A sliding shoji door that opens/closes from the Ocean Facing master bedroom.
The master bathroom features granite counters and a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Enjoy the use of a washer/dryer in the space as well!
The Master Bedroom Features a King Sized Bed!
The guest bedroom features a Queen Sized & Twin Sized Bed! The Guest Bathroom has a Walk in Shower as well for use too.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

We loved staying in this unit. It is light, bright, and has wonderful views of the ocean, including sensational sunsets. It has all the amenities like beach towels, pool toys, and all kitchen tools. The pool in the club is nice, and the location is good for walking to restaurants, and grocery store( a bit uphill though).We would highly recommend it!

We had a very smooth experience with this condo and rental company. The condo was clean and well maintained. Well equipped for two couples with one master bedroom and another large bedroom. Easy entrance. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals. The location was wonderful, oceanfront with the sound of the beach and ocean air a constant. We snorkeled at a beach within walking distance. The condo provided beach towels, beach chairs and a supply of snorkeling equipment. We saw humpback whales from the lanai most days. We never had any reason to contact the hosts as all went very smoothly throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this unit.

Million Dollar views! Master bedroom next to the lanai helped to make our stay relaxing. The unit was "updated" many years ago, so that was a little disappointing. However, the management company was excellent and the cleaning crew did their best.

Nice interior that was very clean. Wi-Fi was not working and finally fixed when spectrum came out and replaced a defective modem and router. Lanai furniture was not comfortable. Hard teak high top tables with flimsy cushions. Two chaises with no cushions. Kitchen was ok but short on wine glasses. Property managers very responsive. Wonderful view

My husband and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Each morning we had our coffee and watched the sunrise listening to the ocean and each evening viewed the ever changing sunset was amazing; witnessing the beauty God has created. Sleeping and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was very comfortable, clean, quiet, private, and convenient. The communication with property management was great. We took a day trip to another island and were notified of a power outage via text before we got back allowing us to be prepared before we returned. We appreciated their regular check ins to ensure our stay was comfortable. Amazing experience.

Our family of 4 stayed 7 nights. We loved this unit and complex and plan to book again in the future. It is quiet, safe and so peaceful listening to the ocean all night. The unit has everything we needed. It’s more than big enough. Our teens loved having a room to share with their own beds. It’s a short enough drive to Kona.

Location and parking were perfect.The condo was clean and well equipped with everything and more. We were finding alot of extras we used like umbrellas . Snorkel find and chairs for the beach. Their were plenty of clean towels and blankets in the closets. The breath taking ocean view was the best ive seen in all my trips to all of the islands. I loved that we were walking distance to shops . Restaurants and a market. I will stay there again on my next visit.

We have stayed in this Club before and this may be the nicest unit yet. It is well updated and supplied well with lots of beach gear. Great view, Very clean when we check in.
Kitchen has plenty of dishes pot, pans ect. It would have been nice to have some basic cooking supplies, small amount of oil and some spices. We didn't even get salt and pepper.

The condo was amazing. The lanai was the best spot in the house with amazing views of the water and plenty of seating for eating/lounging. The condo was supplied with everything you could possibly need for beach days. We found water shoes for all 4 people in our group in the closet, along with chairs, umbrellas,towels,snorkels etc. We didn't lack for anything. The check in/out process was very easy. There is a beach you can take a short walk to and relax. It's a bit rocky but still enjoyable. We even saw a turtle swimming. Beds/pillows are amazingly comfortable and we slept well after long days. I most definitely would come back and stay.

We stayed at unit 1-202 for 11 nights in November 2022 and it was excellent! The unit it right on the coastline with beautiful ocean views and wave sounds from the lanai, and birdsong on the upland side bedroom window in the mornings. Close to the Bbq pavilion and pool, it is conveniently located on the property. Unit was clean and well-stocked with beach gear, coolers, etc. The property contact person was very responsive when we reached out regarding a grill issue, and it was fixed quickly. Great time!

The condo is equipped with everything you will need. The view from the balcony is amazing. The unit is up todate,nice and clean. The only thing be aware this unit doesn’t have air conditioner I didn’t realize that until we arrived. To hot for a July stay not having A/C.

The place is non-ac, be mindful before booking. Plenty of supplies but seems they keep adding stuff when old stuff is missing, broken, not working, filled with dust. Way too much supply available. I prefer quality to quantity. All pans are scratched up, they all need to be replaced. Sheets are not cotton. Again these may not be a concern for many but for me this place needs a thorough check by the owner. They need to throw things filled with dust and not working.
