Beautiful property with fantastic water front views that can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and outdoor seating areas on lanai and around the pool.
Great location close to two different parks/beaches. Great for snorkeling.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this house for the second time in 4 years! We saw several whales within a hundred meters from our deck and the stars at night were amazing!
Would choose this place again if available.

Beautiful location.
Unfortunately, the house is need a some upkeep and repairs. One of our guest family has a house they use for rental.
A lot of rust and broken items.
The last time we rented from Knutson & Associates we had the perfect house. We were hoping to have a house somewhat the same.
We will give it a 3.

Hello and thank you for the rental on Kona.... We met there with some friends that were from New Zealand and had a very pleasant stay.... The house was a great fit and very clean. When we arrived, the rooms were spacious and comfortable along with the beds and pillows that were there, which is always important for staying in a new place!....
We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with the swimming pool.... watching the sunset every evening was fantastic!... the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make dinner's breakfast and lunch sometimes...
The Wi-Fi worked great, I believe it could be upgraded a little bit, but beyond that it was wonderful to stay at this particular home with all the fans that kept the air flowing through the heat of the day. You did not need air-conditioning at all....
We bought a few more pool toys and left them for those that might come after us, nothing fancy, but kind of helps to just float around and be as relaxed as you can....
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this home!... a few upgrades might be needed, but we are Builders from the mainland and we see those things. Most would not it's a wonderful place to stay!
