Great spacious rental for up to 4 people.Located up hill from Mauna Loa resort it avoids potential hassle with tsunamis.
There is one room with air conditioner, but during night it is not needed due to breeze from the volcano above.

My daughter and I stayed a week here for vacation and it was a very well appointed condo. Had everything we needed and was squeaky clean. Mervlyn was excellent to work with and answered any questions we had and gave perfect local feedback and options for things to do. there is a store right around the corner and a great complex pool to hang out at also. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

My family recently stayed at this beautiful condo and couldn’t be more impressed. The unit itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what really made our experience exceptional was the property manager.
From the moment we booked, communication was clear, friendly, and prompt. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket, full of local goodies, such a thoughtful touch. Midway through our stay we had a minor issue with assigned parking and the manager responded within minutes and resolved it immediately.
What really blue us away was the attention to detail and genuine care. They offered personalized recommendations for local restaurants, activities and beaches! The beach that she recommended was by far our favorite beach that we went to. You can tell they truly care about their guests having the best possible experience. The property overlooks a beautiful golf course and we got to see many different types of birds right from our balcony.
This was hands-down one of the best stays we’ve had in a vacation rental if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with the host who goes above and beyond look no further. We’ll definitely be back!
