She and her husband Tim started off as coffee farmers on a large productive coffee estate in South Kona. She
is a big believer in utilizing all of our natural resources to sustain the people in Hawaii.
With a background in Education, Lisa is very involved with the public education system. Participating on many
levels of volunteering and spearheading functions that benefit our children of Hawaii. She is also a member of South Kona Education of the Arts and is a registered
Lisa was first interested in Real Estate when she had questions on unique Hawaii land laws and leases. After
searching out the answers, she found herself educating her peers on these matters. A Real Estate license was the final step in the process.
She enjoys helping families re-locate to Hawaii and guiding first time buyers

Blake Kessner is the son of Sharon
Knutson, current Principle Broker & Owner of Knutson & Associates. He is the grandson to Marilyn Knutson, founder of the company.
Blake was born and raised right here in Kona, Hawaii. After graduating high school, he left the island to go to Seattle, Washington. He attended the University of Washington & graduated with a bachelors in Business Management.
All while attending college, Blake worked his way up the corporate ladder in Hotel Management, for major brands such as Marriott & Hilton. His specialty was in operations, where he held division head roles. He has in depth experience overseeing operations
of Front Office, Valet Parking, Security, Accounting & Finance, & Housekeeping.
Blake moved back to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2014 to pursue Real Estate Sales & Property Management for Vacation Rental & Long Term Properties. He is a fourth generation Realtor in a family owned business. He wants to help clients in all areas of Real
Estate. Whether that be first time home buyers, land sales, commercial real estate or the residential market, Blake always gives his clients his 110%. He believes in strong communication throughout the transaction, always keeping people well informed.
Blake is working on obtaining his brokers license, as he plans on pursuing leadership roles in the company as well.
Blake is also the new representative for the Young Professional Network of Realtors representing the West Hawaii Association in relation to the Hawaii Association of Realtors. He understands & advocates that being detail oriented is crucially important in
