Kona Plantation Mai Tai
Use a 15 Ounce Double Old Fashion Glass
1/2 Full Cube Ice
1/2 Ounce Lemon and Lime Sweet Sour Mix
1 Ounce Orange Juice
1 Ounce Pineapple Juice
1 Ounce Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 Ounce Grenadine
1/2 Ounce Orange Curacao
3/4 Ounce Brandy
1 1/2 Ounce White Rum
1 1/2 Ounce Gold Rum

Now stir until well mixed. Garnish with a fresh pineapple spear or slice of orange with cherry. Leave room on top to float 1/2 Ounce 151 Proof Rum. Do not stir after adding float. Add straw. Sip slowly. Relax and let the rest of the world go by.
